Covid-19 Risk Assessment

Felixstowe Trades & Labour Club has a duty of care towards the Staff and Members of the Club and confirm that they have followed the five steps to safer working together set out by the government.

All Members must enter by the front entrance and exit this way also, following the one way system. You are reminded to enter their vehicle registration number into one of the terminals in the foyer.
The use of hand sanitiser is encouraged, and these will be positioned between the toilets and at the entrance to be bar and we ask all who enter to use.
Please ensure that you scan your Membership card on arrival and that if your partner is not a Member, they sign in with the Committee person on duty. At this point your temperature will be taken.
You will need to sit at a table and a member of the staff will then ask you for your order which they will then bring to your table. Tables are set out for 1 to 4 persons. However, if you are a party of six from one/two households and require extra chairs to make up to a party of 6 then please speak to the Committee person on duty. No chairs or tables are to be moved unless prior permission has been granted.
We would prefer payment of your purchase by contactless but cash is excepted.
If sitting outside then you will need to come into the bar to ask for a member of the staff to come and take your order.

All doors will be wedged open to reduce touch points. All areas will be frequently cleaned which includes counters, tables, tills and toilets and all tables/chairs will be cleaned between each customer use.
We ask for you to comply with government guidelines in that you use social distancing when going to the toilet, with one in, one out please.
The maximum number of people in the Bar at any one time will be set at 70 and outside at 40 to ensure the social distancing is adhered to.
We would ask all to respect the lineage marked out for ‘in and out’ and also socially distance whether inside or outside please
